Shipping and return policies for United Pursuit

We do our best to ship every 2 days so your maximum wait is 48 hours before it's in the mail. (Holidays can be a little slower. We can't always promise to get an order to you by a specific date)
International orders can take up to 2-4 weeks (additional week in holiday time) to clear customs and be delivered. Customer is responsible for any additional fees/charges assessed by the local shipping carrier, customs etc.
Please contact us if you need anything special or you want to buy more than 10 of a single item. We'll do our best to give you a break on shipping.
- Return Policy
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and understand that you are unable to try it on. You may exchange an item if necessary. We do ask that you cover the shipping to us, and that the item arrives in the same (new, unworn, and unwashed) condition it arrived to you in. As soon as we receive the item we will process the exchange and we will cover the shipping cost back to you.
If your item is faulty, not fitting to the stated measurements or you believe it is not as described then please get in contact with us (with in 5 business days) and we will happily arrange a replacement or a full refund. Any returns for garments that are too big/small will also be refunded minus shipping costs. We will not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned. All refunds will be made once the garment is received back to us. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card used to purchase the items.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, same procedure as the exchange policy: You cover the shipping to us, and when the item arrives in the same (new, unworn, and unwashed) condition it arrived to you in, we will refund your account.
